Workers for the Vineyard
The Archdiocese of Dublin in partnership with Mater Dei Institute of Education
The Office of Evangelisation is supporting a training initiative in response to the repeated requests from many parishes regarding theological pastoral training for these who wish to deepen their knowledge of theology.
In articulating a vision for the future of the Catholic Church, Archbishop Martin noted that this vision
“will involve a much greater degree of parish-based catechesis and evangelisation within our parishes. There is no way that this will take place without a very extensive programme of training for volunteer catechists, as is the case in most European countries.
"Parishes must become real centres of ongoing faith-formation.”
This programme offers theological training to members of parish communities in order to enhance the quality of parish ministry.
Training may be of particular interest to people involved
